Do you offer gluten free or vegan donuts?

No, unfortunately we currently do not offer either of these options.

Do you ship donuts?

No, we do not ship our donuts.  Due to issues that are out of our control such as delayed shipping and mishandled packages resulting in broken and melted donuts we have decided to no longer ship donuts.

Do you take donation requests?

Yes, we do! Please see the section “Donation request” on our website for more detailed information.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes, we have gift cards available for purchase in store at all three locations.  They can be purchased for any denomination.

Why do you run out of certain donuts throughout the day?

Our donuts are made fresh each day from scratch. They are individually hand cut, frosted, and filled. Each type of donut is made in a rotation in order to keep up with the demand.  While certain donuts might be in high demand today tomorrow the same donuts might not be sold fast at all.

Is there anything I can do to make sure I get the varieties I want?

Yes! We gladly accept call ahead orders at all three of our location.  This will eliminate the wait and guarantee you get all of your favorite kinds.

Do you have nutritional information available?

No, this is not something that we currently have available.

What happens to donuts left over donuts at the end of the night?

Each night we strip our donut case clean to start fresh the next day. Left over donuts are donated to local churches, soup kitchens, women’s shelters, Veterans and the city mission.  Anything that cannot be donated is thrown away.

Do you provide catering options for large events?

Yes! While we do not take regular online orders if you are looking to have an event catered please see the menu box on our website and click on the special events/catering section for more information.  If your order is within less than 10 days, please call the store and place your order.

Do you take orders on busy holidays?

Yes, we accept orders every day that we are open (with the exception of Fat Tuesday).  If we receive an extremely large volume of orders we will have to stop taking them in order to be able to keep up with the demand both for walk in and to honor the request of the orders already taken.
