Paula’s Donuts appreciates our community and all of our loyal customers. We would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for the continued support of our community since we first opened in 1996.
Every week we receive numerous donation requests from all three locations. We try very hard to help everyone as much as possible and do not like to turn away anyone in need. We would like to continue to help everyone who has supported us throughout the years and therefore have dedicated a budget each quarter specifically to help our community with their donation requests. With that in mind once the allotted budget for each quarter is reached no other donation will be accepted/granted until the following quarter.
Please send all donation requests on letter head to Paulasdonuts@aol.com or mail them to 936 Union Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. We will no longer be able to accept any donation requests that are mailed to our other two locations. If you are dropping a letter off it will only be accepted in person at our West Seneca location. All donation requests must be made no later than 10 days prior to an event and no sooner than two months prior to the event.
